Job Summary:
Evaluates and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs to treat movement dysfunction and pain resulting from injury, disease, disability, or other health-related conditions.Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

Resuscitation Certification Requirement: Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) required within 90 day of employment. Other resuscitation certifications may be required dependent on department.
